Malaysia Trucking Federation

Founded on February 15, 1979, the association’s first office was located at Jalan Kampung Attap, in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. It has a total 12 affiliated members when founded. The Charter President was Puan Zainab A. Yang.

The association which was formed as a result of the need for supporting the transport industry, as well as effectively advocate and communicate with both State and Federal Governments to protect, encourage and promote goods transport business.

Currently, Pan-Malaysia Lorry Owners Association has a large network of subsidiaries and affiliate members across the country.

In 1986, Pan-Malaysia Lorry Owners Association had their license revoked by Registry of Societies Malaysia (ROS) as they failed to submit their annual report. It re-register with ROS and regained license on February 15, 1987.

Following the re-registration, Negeri Sembilan Lorry Owners Association joined as affiliate members. Federal Territory-Selangor Lorry Owners Association quit as a member in 1992.

Kuala Lumpur- Selangor Lorry Owner Association joined the association as ordinary member in 2015. Now headquartered in Negeri Sembilan, Pan-Malaysia Lorry Owners Association previously set up office in Cheras, Kepong in Kuala Lumpur, Seremban in Negeri Sembilan and Melaka.

  5. To develop human capital through continuous training, certification, and capacity-building programs.
